Pega Viber integration for live chat

Hi,

Has anyone tried to integrate Pega with Viber for offline or live chat using either Viber APIs or using digital messaging in pega and viber as a channel?

@Kamalesh_mohanty I’m not aware of any clients that have done Viber integrations but in 8.7 there is a new Client Channel API that would make it easier to integrate into digital messaging by building a transformation middle layer to convert the Viber traffic to Client Channel API.
