Is it not available by default in '23?

Hello @ArindamChatterjee, Legacy Webchat was deprecated in 8.6 and de-supported in 8.7.

Web Messaging is the webchat solution that is part of the Digital Messaging channel when you have it enabled with credentials. More on this is available here: Pegasystems Documentation

Please reach out to your Pega account team to discuss qualifying and provisioning the credentials needed to enable the channel.
