Pega Certifications not showing in my Profile

Dear Team,

I have 3 Certifications from Pega. But after profile merging none of my certifications are showing in My Profile , I can only see the Badges .

Under Pearson Vue i can see all the certifications and exam history .

Can anyone please help me out, i have simply getting fed-up raising tickets regarding the same.

I have attached all the exam certificates .

@ArnabD543 Hi Arnab, I confirmed your certifications listed under your email address on Pearson VUE. I see all three certifications displayed on your Pega account with the same email address from Pearson VUE.

As noted in our FAQs, it can take up to five (5) business days for certifications to display in merged accounts. I see your accounts merged on 24 November 2021.

Am also facing the same issue. I can see my certifications in Pearson vue but not able to see any of my certifications in PDN. I have registered to Pearson with my email ID [Confidential data removed] and I have finished my CSA and CSSA on oct 18th 2013 and june 20th 2014 respectively with registration Ids [Confidential data removed] (CSA) and [Confidential data removed] (CSSA). Can you please help me in getting my certifications back on PDN.

@eddie.jm Hi Eddie,

i have finished CSA exam on December 3rd I have registered to Pearson with my email ID [Confidential data removed] and my regustration id is [Confidential data removed]

its been more than 15days and in my certifcations its showing empty.Can you please help me in getting my certification back on PDN.

i am Talat Muskan Fatima i had written pega CSA exam on 04/12/22 and i passed my pega csa exam and its been a week but till it was not updated in my pega account so, please update my certification in pega website.

And my Pearsonvue and Pega account(@TalatM42) ids is also same but still it is not updated yet.

I wrote Pega PCBAv8.7 on this month’s 17th, Saturday at 5 am. However, I am still awaiting the certification copy on Pega Academy. I can only see my scorecard right now. Can you please help me expedite receiving the certification copy.

I have done my certification on 10th november PEGA CSA but the certification is not showing in my pega account. Could you please check and revert asap.

Hi,

I have completed my CSA certification. However, even after waiting for a long time, I am not able to view my certificate. How could I get my certificate?

I have tried verifying my certificate but it does not work.

Reached out to India customer service team and they asked me to drop an email. Which did not work as well.

Please help me here.

I have complete my CSA certification on month of july till now I am unable to view or download my certificate in the portal. i have done all the possible ways. I have done research in FAQ’s but i am unable to download.please help me out to find out. i need this certification urgent. Give me the path to download.

@TalatM42 Hi Talat, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are seeing issues with badges and we are working to resolve these issues ASAP. I triggered an update on your account and I see the CSA certification badge displays as expected.

@VaibhavD3116 Hi Vaibhav, as noted on the score report you received from Pearson VUE and if our FAQs for how to manage your Pega account, it can take up to five (5) business days for the certificate to display on your Pega account profile.

The issue we were experiencing last week regarding certifications not displaying in your profile was resolved.

Are your email addresses the same for your Pega Community accounts that you used for your certification exam?

If they are and you are still not seeing your badges, please contact CDPSupport.

@PrathimaD5884 Hi Prathima, it is easy to add the gmail account as an alternate email to your primary JPMChase account. Follow the steps here. See the section My Settings, then the question Is it possible to have more than one email address.

After you assocaite the gmail address with your Pega account, the certifications will display.

If you have used same mail id https://home.pearsonvue.com/Clients/Pegasystems.aspx and https://www.pega.com/ in both accounts, in that case Wait for couple days your certificate will reflect into your account maximum by this weekend don’t Worry.
