i did not get my certificate

Hi Team,

i am jagadeesh babu vadapalli i had written pega CSSA exam on 15/11/22 and i passed my pega cssa exam and its been a week but till it was not updated in my pega account so, please update my certification in pega website

Here i am attaching my PearsonVUE exam results kindly help me

@JagadeeshbabuV please verify that the email address you used for your Pearson VUE account is associated with your Pega account.

See our FAQs for how to manage your Pega account to associate the email address correctly.

If the certificate does not display on your Pega account profile after 5 business days, the most likely scenario is the email address you used to register for the exam on Pearson VUE is not associated with your Pega account.

Confirm your Pearson VUE and Pega account email addresses

Follow these steps to confirm the email addresses in your Pearson VUE account and your Pega account match:

  1. Log in to your Pearson VUE account and confirm the email address you used to register for the certification exam.
  2. Log in to your Pega account and confirm your Pearson VUE account email address is associated with your Pega account.

If the email address from your Pearson VUE account is not associated with your Pega account, confirm you do not have another Pega account associated with the email address used in your Pearson VUE account.

Add your Pearson VUE account email address to your Pega account

Follow these steps to update your Pega account with additional email addresses:

  1. Log in to your Pega account.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click on your login name, then select My Settings.
  3. In the Login Information section, click Add Email Address to add an additional email address to your Pega account.
  4. Check your email - for the email account you are adding - and confirm the email address.

Merge multiple Pega accounts

If you have multiple Pega accounts, contact Pega Accounts Support to merge your Pega accounts.

@GireeshV9723 here i am attaching my Pega account and Pearson VUE account email id screenshots and i like to say that both email address are same and its been more than 7 business days kindly requesting you to please help me to get my certification.

From the before exam and after exam you used in the both places same email ID right? in that case

Wait for couple days your certificate will reflect into your account maximum by this weekend Don’t Worry.

In case you are not receive the certificate write a mail to support team [email protected] or

Pega - Sign In?
