Certificate updation

Hi ,

I have completed my exam on July 29, 2024 but my Pega CSA certificate has not updated

If you’ve given the proper Pega account details during the Pearson VUE registration then it’ll automatically be updated in your profile after some days. Else you can raise a ticket with Pega Academy here.

I see we responded to both support requests with the same details as Abhishek provided in this thread.

I suggest reviewing the PDF guide posted by Abhishek again. Your issue is at the third decision point. Specifically, check that the email address used for your Pearson VUE account is associated with your Pega account.

We should take this issue back up in Accounts Support as there is PII you should not share in a public forum. We sent a response again today (12th August).
