Pega Certification not reflecting on my Profile

Dear Team ,

I have taken my PCBA Certification(8.7 v) certification on July-15, But Still certification is not reflected on my pega account. Kindly help me with the issue.

I have aligned with FAQ’s and my alternate account is same as pearson vue account that I used for certification. But I am unable to see my certification.

Hi @KOVIDDASARI, I believe that it can take up to 14 days for your certification to show up on your profile. You can contact [email protected] for more information if it hasn’t shown up in 2 weeks.

Please review Pega Account and Profile FAQs where it is quoted that

If it has been less than 5 business days since you cleared the Pega certification exam, please wait to verify your certification until after 5 business days have passed. Business days do not include Saturday, or Sunday, or US holidays.

More than 5 business days have passed since I completed my certification exam.But still it’s not reflected on my account.
