My certifications are not visibile on pdn.

Dear Team,

I have done my certification on PEGA CSA and CSSA, but the certifications are not showing in my pega account. Could you please check and revert asap.

It usually takes sometime to reflect in your account after you’ve given your exam. Check if this link is helpful:

@SohamM95 Hi, I done my certifications in the year of 2013 and 2014. Couple of years back when i have changed the organization, I have updated the email address, from that time am not able to see the certifications. Please find the support ticket REQ-639065 for the same.

Please make sure your PEGA profile setup is correct as per the details mentioned in FAQ. Email ID used in Pearson account should be same as your pega profile email ID.

If your account setup is correct and if your profile is not synced with certification details after the said period, please reach [email protected] .
