Was there a recent change in your email ID? Did you login with a different organization email ID than the one with which you gave the certifications? Then you need to merge your Pega accounts using this wizard.
I see you have a support request with the Accounts Support team. This is better because we cannot discuss personal information in this public forum. Also, the guidance from SohamM95 is not the solution.
