CSA and CSSA Certifications can't see in my account

I have completed my CSA certication in October 2023 and i can’t see my certification in my achievements

Double check the email account used for scheduling exam and your Pega account email ID.

You can verify using below link with your email .

Once you see your certifications , see the options available in FAQ. Manage your Pearson VUE account | Pega Academy

Finally you can write to the Support team .

You should be able to check whether the Pearson Vue email and your Pega exam registration emails were the same. If you need to change your primary email in your Academy account then go through the steps provided in the Academy FAQ pages.

@eddie.jm, Can you please help me to resolve my issue as soon as possible. I tried to do it many times, but not able to see my certifications(CSA and CSSA) in my achievement. Below mail id i was given for the certification exam. I am able to see my score card, but not able to see my certifications.
