MY CSSA Certification is not populating in my pega account achievement

HI Team,
I have done my CSSA on 8th Sep. However, CSSA certificate is not populating in my Pega account. [email protected] mail id used for Pearson account and my Pega account.
Candidate ID: PEGA101714
Registration Numner:458977220

Could you please assist on it

  1. Check Certification Status: Log in to your Pega account and check the certification section for the status of your CSSA certification. Sometimes, there might be a delay in updating the records.

  2. Contact Pega Support: If the certification is still not visible, reach out to Pega Support directly for assistance. Provide them with the details of your certification, including the date of completion.

  3. Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache and log in again. Cached information can sometimes cause display issues.

Hi @NaveenkumarA4631: Can you also check the FAQ here. Please make sure your Email id is in sync between PEGA account and Pearson account. If all good, I suggest to raise a ticket as mentioned by @MarissaRogers.
