CSSA Certificate is not showing in my profile

I passed my CSSA exam on Friday, February 7, 2025. However, I am unable to see my certificate under Pega Academy. Could you please let me know the process I need to follow to view my recent certificate?

Please check the email address provided to Pearson Vue and the one provided in your Pega account, they should be same.

Hi,@SohamM95 . I have used the same email address for both CSA and CSSA. The CSA certificate is visible in Pega Academy; however, I am unable to see my CSSA certificate.
