unable to download pega csa certification

I have given pega CSA certification on 25 july 2022 and cleared it with 77 %. but in my achievements, there is no certification. I require this certification urgently. please help.

Hi @sumans219: If you have taken the exam via Pearson, can you please check if the email id is same in your PEGA profile?

I have added email associated with my Pearson VUE account to my pega account a month ago, but still my certificate is not visible on my profile. What can I do now?
