There are a few things to check. Follow this guide to check why your certification is not displayed.

If you do not remember the email address associated with your Pearson VUE account, contact Pearson VUE Customer Service to verify your identity and recover the email address. Then add that email address as an alternate email address to your Pega account.

@SRIMANTAC16995264 The most likely issue is the personal email address is already associated with another Pega account.
Slow down and think this through. As noted in the guide, if you have multiple Pega accounts, you may need to merge them. If this is the case, use our Self-Service Account Merge wizard.
We do not divulge email addresses.
My recommendation is to review our Certification FAQs for how to verify a Pega certification.
@eddie.jm I have tried with the same process . Given my personal emailID(Gmail Id) to verify,But I did not receive any verification mail.Can you please check where is the issue.

@eddie.jm I forgot the secondary account Email id and password. Could you please tell me secondary account is my last login credential or my personal mail-id?
Through my personal mail-id, I did never logged in and I totally forgot my last login credential. please help me, what should I do in this situation?

@eddie.jm - This is not getting resolved. Whatever personal mail-id I have used at the time of CSSA certification, I am not able to remember that. Also, I am not able to login Pega.Academy using my previous organization mail-id. My kind request, you have to help me in some way that I do able to recover my certificate.Please support me.
