Hi @VenkataSusmithaN6390: It will take 5 business days for your certification to be reflected in your profile.

If it has been less than 5 business days since you cleared the Pega certification exam, please wait to verify your certification until after 5 business days have passed.

Hi @VenkataSusmithaN6390: Please make sure the email address used for Pearson VUE account is associated with your Pega account. If this is correct and if you are still facing issue, use the contact us option available in the FAQ page shared in earlier comment so that the relevant team can help you.

Pearson VUE account email addess has to be listed on your Pega account ?

The email ID for your Pearson VUE account has to be listed on your Pega account - either as the primary or alternate email address.

If they are not both the same, please update mail id in Pega(primary or secondary) whatever you have used in your Pearson Vue account.
