I passed the Pega CSSA certification on May 22, 2026. However, my certification is still not visible in my Pega profile.
I have already verified that my Pearson VUE account and Pega account are using the same email address. It has been more than 5 business days since I passed the exam.
I have sent an email to support team and certification team too but no response from them and tried all the ways.
Has anyone experienced a similar delay? Is there anything else
If the Pearson account email and the Pega primary or secondary email are the same, it will be reflected in your Pega account within 5 business days. Otherwise, it will not. Please check once again whether both accounts have the same email address or not.

Yes, this actually happens quite often with Pega certifications.
Even though the stated timeline is ~3–5 business days, I’ve seen cases (including recent ones) where it takes up to 7–10 business days for the certification to reflect in the Pega profile.
Since you’ve already:
Verified the same email between Pearson VUE and Pega
Waited more than 5 business days
Contacted support
A couple of additional things you can try:
Double-check under “My Profile → under certifications” (sometimes it appears there before badges section updates)
Log out and log back into Pega Academy (rare, but helps sync issues)
If possible, raise a ticket via the Pega Academy support portal instead of just email — those get tracked better
If nothing changes, it’s most likely a backend sync delay from Pearson VUE to Pega, and it should reflect automatically soon.
In my experience, once it crosses ~7–10 business days, support intervention usually fixes it.
So nothing to worry — your result is already available on Pearson VUE, just a delay in visibility
