Pega CSSA 8.6 certification not showing in my Pega profile.

Hi Team,

I passed my CSSA 8.6 certification exam on Tuesday 13th September 2022 and its still not showing in my Pega profile.

Whom should I connect for this concern.

if the PDN account is associated with this email address,you may find the certificate in this PDN account

Some times it will take 1 week to appear in certifications.

Yes PDN account is associated with same Email Id.

I have passed my certification exam on Tuesday 13th September 2022 and it has been 7 days still its not showing me on my account.

Hi @AshishP42,

I believe that it can take up to 14 days for your certification to show up on your profile. You can contact [email protected] for more information if it hasn’t shown up in 2 weeks.
