IVR integration with PEGA 7.2

Hi Everyone, Is there anyone here can provide tips on how to implement IVR to Pega 7.2, any documents online will be appreciated.

@BimboT50 Pega 7.2 is a legacy product and I cannot find documentation for it. You may be referring to PegaCALL specific questions such as Handshake to IVR/CTI from Pega, Pega CTI and IVR Integration and Pega Academy ‘Pega Call Introduction’
