Need Component level details on Voice AI with PEGA CS with Voice AI

Hi Team,

There is an initiative where we need to implement Pega CS with Voice AI.

We got Pega CS server and agent machine.

Can you please help us to know what else we need to use Voice AI.

  1. Ensure that you meet all prerequisites for implementing Voice AI. (Done : Pega CS 8.7 later)
  2. Perform the preparatory steps in Additional preparatory configuration. (Need help from Pega)
  3. Configure the Voice AI authentication profile to enable communication between Pega Platform™ and the Voice AI services.
  4. Create and configure the Voice AI channel in which you configure your case and knowledge suggestions. (Need help from Pega)
  5. Enable Voice AI features in your application by configuring the Voice AI configuration set. (Need help from Pega)
  6. Set up audio transcript retrieval by configuring the VoiceAIRetrieval data flow.
  7. Configure the queue processors that process and archive transcripts.
  8. Install the Voice AI Desktop app to capture audio streams from the agent desktop and route them for further processing.(Need help from Pega)
  9. Integrate Voice AI with your computer telephony integration (CTI) system. See Integrating Voice AI with a CTI system.
  10. Test your configuration by running the VerifyVoiceAIDataRetrieval activity.
  11. Take the appropriate steps to debug issues with your Voice AI implementation, if necessary.

Need help from Pega to find out how we can get Pega VOICE AI installed .

What all the components we have to install or import and how can we get them from Pega.

@SarbarthaR4428 Pega Voice AI is a separately licensed feature - can you confirm that this is included in your license?
