I believe this is an add-on to Pega Sales Automation version 8.7 and later. To obtain the Voice AI Desktop installer file (SetupVAD.exe), clients receive it as one of the Pega deliverables after onboarding.

Regarding licensing, Pega Voice AI is a separately licensed feature. You need to confirm that this is included in your license. Please contact your Pega Account Executive to clarify this.
