How to Obtain the Pega Digital Messaging Manager ID and Manager Key

I am configuring Pega Digital Messaging and need to obtain the Manager ID and Manager Key. This is for a POC demo.

Could you please guide me on where and how these values can be obtained?

Could anyone also provide guidance on how to integrate Web Messaging with the Interaction Portal?
