Connect to Digital Messaging on local instance

Hello

I have installed 8.7 on my local server. Is there a way to connect to the latest digital messaging server?

The channel throws a message that Manager ID and Manager Key has to be configured in the application rule.

How is it possible to configure on a local server?

@SaiB0245 please could you take a look at the response in the following forum post?

@MarijeSchillern The question is basically if there is a way to work on the Digital Messaging capabilities on a Personal Edition ? On a cloud instance, we can get the keys via a Service Request.

@SaiB0245

The Personal Edition of Pega is not a full version of the product and is intended for training and demonstration purposes only.

We cannot access digital messenger without CS framework (8.4 and up) installed and public ip. The instance must have an externally accessible secure URL to allow communication with the service.

The digital messaging channels require Pega CRM, digital messaging api credentials and the instance need to be externally accessible

If you’d like to receive the full version of Pega, please download it from the new software download experience (previously Digital Software Delivery (DSD). )

For next steps, you need to look into making the instance URL accessible and additional config is needed for on premises, detailed in :
