Request Digital Messaging Message ID & Key for client

Hi, My client recently purchased IVA. They are asking about the process on how to request Digital Messaging Message ID and Key. Is this something I can request for them? Or, do they need to submit a ticket? Thank you in advance for your guidance.

Hello @lius2 ! There are internal processes for Account teams to qualify and request credentials on clients’ behalf. We will share those resources with you.
