Is there a way to customize the subject and content of the email that is being sent out from PDC? I have read through PDC Notifications Doc but could not find anything that would suggest this.

I’m not aware of any customizations possible on the subject. Regarding the content, you can configure for a summarization report or evet-wise report.
@SohamM95 - For the content, If the requirement is to add some custom content to the email, like for example - “Please assign this ticket to [email protected]” within the email body, is this feasible? Please can you elaborate how it is possible?
Adding content on the email body is not feasible OOTB.
