Can we customise the either the Email address or the Subject Line for PDC Email Notifications

Hi Team,

  1. Can we change the “from” email address for the email notification coming from Pega, it is currently [email protected] and need to be changed to “@pdc.pega.com” where XXX can be “noreply”?

  2. Can we change the subject line of the email notification being sent from Pega to have the environment details at the beginning rather than the middle. Currently it is
    "[External] PDC has observed alert - Java heap out of memory : “OPS0024”. System “dev-env-dt1”, node ID “pega-123435”, node name “pega-xxx-yyy”. Can it be changed to "System “dev-env-dt1”- PDC has observed alert - Java heap out of memory : “OPS0024”, node ID “pega-123435”

Hi @jagannathkiranrao,

We cannot customize the email sender, as you said the email sender is always noreply@pdc.pega.com.

Currently in PDC you cannot modify the following sections:
System name
Notification name
Notification method for event-based notifications.
Email address for daily digest notifications.
