Looks like the configuration is correct. Can you check if your organization’s firewall is preventing from reaching your mailbox. Else its better to raise a ticket with Pega GCS.

Current Status:
The issue is being caused by some sort of forwarding mechanism at the initial recipient that is causing the message to hit too many mail systems on the way to their terminal destination, and failing thereafter.
To address this issue, we recommend that you connect with your mail team to review any forwarding settings or systems under your control that may be impacting the delivery of emails between us.
