We are integrating with the 3rd party systems for incident management. Can we have fhe following capabilities as part of PDC:

  1. Please confirm if the email sender will always be the same or something configurable?
  2. Can the from sender email address be customised to something specific only to clients need?
  3. Is it possible to provide all possible subject patterns that is possible in the email sent from PDC?

Hi @NabenduP,

We cannot customize the email sender, the email sender is always noreply@pdc.pega.com.

Currently in PDC you cannot modify the following sections:
System name
Notification name
Notification method for event-based notifications.
Email address for daily digest notifications.
