When a user creates a case via the Self-Service Portal in Constellation, how do we prevent them from being taken to the Case Details view? I just want the little toast notification to pop up at the bottom, as it does, but not have them see the case details.

I hope you can add a custom condition to hide the case details based on case status or another field.
Thank you for the suggestion. Again, it’s not the specific Case Details tab that I want to hide - I don’t want the user in the Self-Service Portal to even be routed to see the Full Page View of the case. The case should be created and they get the toast notification only - as it was in Cosmos UI applications. The case is already not routed to the creator (routed to a different workgroup) so I don’t want the creator to be taken to the Full Page View of the case upon creation. Any ideas/thoughts??

I checked the support ticket and it seems that this feature is not there in Constellation.
I can see that your requirement has been logged under new enhancement request FDBK-120268
If you would like this feedback to be prioritized, please reach to your Account Executive so that they can help you get this implemented into the Product.
Any discussions about workarounds can be tracked in your other PSC question How to show toast rather than case view on create in Constellation but as already indicated in the support ticket, likely there is no workaround available for this,. therefore I have asked if you could close that thread with the above accepted solution.
