Team,
We created few email interaction cases in the CS interaction portal, when i click on the CaseID, This is not displaying with options like “Wrap-up”, “Cancel”, “Submit” and “Add Task”
Can i know how to enable these options to display in the case details
We are using 24.2 version

@umamaheswar.bk from the screen it looks like task manager component is not loaded properly. Do you see any error in browser console?

Resolved myself with out any work arounds or solutions from Pega
@umamaheswar.bk Hi Umamaheswar, i am facing similar kind of issue we have created some Email Interaction cases it should be displayed in Portal as new landing Page, the case details are displayed correctly but whenever open case id the case summary information is not populated as expected and actions buttons are missing currently it was rendering was different way.
Note: we are designing application in constellation portal.
I was appreciate you if you could help me on this.
