We are trying to build a new application on top of CustomerService-FS-Constellation 8 (24.2.3) and we are facing an issue with the new Interaction case type we created which inherits from PegaCS-Work-Interaction. We don’t use the Initialization Stage and have a custom Account Lookup step, but the pyCaseWorkarea view doesn’t display the associated view.
If we use the pyCaseWorkarea view from Pega-EndUserUI we are able to see the step view, but not if we use the one from PegaCS-Infrastructure-Constellation.
Are we missing some configuration or something to make the Constellation CS work.
