- Case UI built on Constellation
- Pega platform version is 24.2.1
- Case UI is loading properly in the web portal, but UI is distorted when same case is opened in the dev studio.

Dev Studio may be affected by screen space limitations. As a best practice, please launch Portals to perform the case workflow.

Verified and can confirm that there is no screen space limitation issue. Tried constellation apps on other Pega instances and case UIs are loading correctly in the dev studio.
@VickyKK Thanks for your repsonse. I suggest creating an INC ticket to identify the specific issue to this case type or application.
@RameshSangili Raised the incident today, will post the outcome here later.
INC-C26492 was raised for this issue, below are the final closure comments from Pega support.
“Currently opening cases i.e. pertaining to Customer Service Constellation in dev studio is not implemented, only supported for Platform Constellation applications. We have an existing Bug item however its in early stage and its more aligned to enhancement hence in which version it will be fixed is tentative.”
