Cosmos case doesn't show pop-up on case creation

We have created a case type for a new application and case creation worked as expected initially but then it recently noticed below -

Actual behaviour: on case creation, case creates and displays first assignment as traditional way.

Expected behaviour: on case creation, pop-up appears and case gets created only after submission.

We compared other case type that works properly for each and every config of case setting, create stage flow, assignment but didn’t find anything different.

@GirishJagdale Please check starting screen flow harness i.e in start shape of the screen flow should be “use case type policy”

It was set to “use case type policy” but i had changed the routing from Current Operator to specific operator. On reverting that, it worked!
