Create a new case type at the end of the present case.

I am using the create case shape to create the new case. Able to create a new case at the end of the present case, but the new case is opening and popping up immediately . requirement is that new case should be created at the end of the present case and assigned to the current user but it should not be opened immediately.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Uncheck “Look for an assignment to perform” option in last flow action then it will display confirm harness instead of opening new case..

1.create a new case and with the help of automation shape in the last stage of the current case.

  1. on the new case first assignment rout the assignment to the current user.
