I have a requirement of cloning the case on submit of local action and open the cloned case soon after creation. Clone case is achieved via addWork and tried to open the case using “pzGetCaseDetailsV2Impl“ which is used to open the case from OOTB case link but not opening the case. Any suggestion?
@RamyaR17750787 a good question to post in the User Experience category. I almost missed this one, as I don’t watch much in the ‘general’ category.

Instead of using an activity, you should to tie into case management and design. If you use a create case smart shape, then at run time, the user will be redirected to it.
