Whenever I am creating a case from the dashboard in a portal, the case is opened on a pop-up window, rather than opening in full screen mode. I want the case to open in full screen mode. How do I do that? I use Pega 24’ Constellation.
There is currently no way to author this experience in Constellation.
You can skip capturing anything useful as part of create stage ( example : adding a welcome message ) and move the case processing to stage 2.
However this is not recommended as create stage has its own advantages. You can refer this article for more details - https://docs.pega.com/bundle/platform/page/platform/case-management/create-stage.html
