@MireilleDallaire ¿Is the PEGA WhatsApp integration only through the Customer Servie framework or does it exist for the platform?

Do you have a POC/opportunity that involves responding to inbound WhatsApp (note that proactive outbound is not supported)? We can review and confirm eligibility.

@MireilleDallaire The requirement I have is to generate a case in PEGA and send the case to the client by WhatsApp so that he can access the case and complete information. I was thinking of configuring a Direct web Access and somehow validating that it is only accessed from the client’s phone. the person by a validation control of possession of the link, typing a code Pegasystems Documentation
