Unable to see my certifications

Hi,

My name is Maharshi Gurrala, I did below Pega Certifications.

  1. CSA - April 2016

2.CSSA - April 2016

3.PCDC - 2020

when I search it with my name, I do not see my details.

I searched with my existing email : [email protected]. even that is not shown up.Please help
