My Certification not showing

Hi Team,

I have done my Pega CSA (7.4) & Pega CSSA certification (8.0). after merging my personal email id ([email protected]) to current org mail id([email protected]). My certifcation didn’t shown. Please help me to resolve this issue it will be impact for my career.

Hi @PragadeshS16894693 I do not see that you merged your Pega accounts. Based on this user name, I see only your organization’s email address associated with this account.

I have the CSA certification details & Completion of Badge screenshot of CSSA. Could you please find out my certificate.

Also my mobile number(personal information removed) is unique for all mail ids. Please search with this filter for any possible outcomes.
