Unable to Save as & Delete of an Insight in Pega 25

Hello

We have created a Production ruleset and kept it unlocked.
Then, added the same to the application and also to the required access group with the version.

However, when checked with the end-user access, we are unable to save as or delete the insights.

Are there any more steps to be configured? Please let us know.

We are currently using Pega 25.1.3, with the CSFS framework.

Can you please confirm the below items?

  1. User has PegaRULES:User4 or equivalent permissions for Rule-UI-Insight and Rule-UI-View.
  2. Operator has Allow rule check out enabled.
  3. Production Ruleset is present, unlocked, and appears in the user’s ruleset stack.

And to add to @RameshSangili 's point 3, that end user access group should have the prod ruleset in their access group (it would be in their ruleset stack then)

@NaganandShenoy Also, please make sure you’ve added the objects you use for the insights to the explore data landing page config. It did trip me up a few times.
