While trying to create a Insight with save-as insight option it is failing without proper information only with a small pop-up window below the screen and gets disappear, While looking into the browser console not able to get why it is failing.
Is this a limitation on Pega infinity 24.1.3
Could you run tracer and check if there are possible errors while executing the "Save as " option?
We don’t see any errors on tracer for save action and browser n/w tab
Could you please check if this works on incognito browser? Also, please confirm the issue is more specific to “Save as” or new insights as well?
@RameshSangili : It is specific to creating a new insight.
Incognito is disabled for us, we tried clearing cache and relaunching browser also tried in Edge as well same issue
This is not a limitation or bug in 24.1.3 (specifically save as).
My initial thought would be, are you able to create new insights at all? Perhaps the user does not have permission to create Rule-UI-Insight? That is a common issue blocking Insight creation.
Next, I would be looking at the Insight itself, is it invalid? What if i try and change the name or some small data and just click save? Do I get an error? Perhaps the data model or application has changed since it was created, and its now invalid?
Yes I tried with multiple names and with small data of 3 rows
so are you able to create other insights? (permission to create Rule-UI-Insight instances).
If you’re saying @RaghunathaB17832311, that you can but this insight won’t, then I’d hazard a guess that there is something invalid in the insight that would need debugging

@RaghunathaB17832311 add on to @MarcCheong suggestions, are you trying to save-as an insight from App Studio → Data Explorer or User portal → Data Explorer ?
In case you haven’t tried, can you do it from App Studio → Data Explorer and see if you have the same problem ? Sometimes it has more privileges than doing from User portal.
