Help is available: Watch the videos introducing the new support experience and read the Support Document, Creating a support ticket.

Your existing open support tickets will continue to be processed and their states advanced by the support team, with some being reclassified as Issues.

Unsubmitted cases in New-Draft status have now been resolved. Please resubmit them if you still require our support.

Rolling restarts of the system meant zero downtime for this go-live event.
