Current Support

Hi team, We have been told that the Pega version we are current on is out of support, can you please advise how this affects our support queries? i.e would you not support us until we are on a version that is support?, as an FYI we are planning to upgrade in July/August.

After the Extended Support period ends, Pega is under no obligation to provide additional support. Clients should immediately update to the latest minor version to benefit from ongoing security and reliability improvements. So if any Pega codebase on infrastructure issues arise then Pega GCS will not be liable for any support.
