Opening SR past extended support

Hi, i know that pega 8.7.2 extended support would end at the end of Jan 2025. We already upgraded 4 out of 6 environments. However, my management wanted to know if we are running pass the January 2025 upgrading 2 remaining environments, would we able to get help from pega by submitting the tickets related to 8.7.2 version through pega support for a little while after?

@OlgaV816 Hi, Pega 8.7.2 extended support officially ends in January 2025, meaning Pega will no longer provide standard support for this version after that date. However, if you need assistance with the remaining environments that have not yet been upgraded, you can open a support ticket. While Pega may not guarantee full support after the extended support period, they might still provide limited assistance on a case-by-case basis, especially for critical issues. It’s best to discuss this with your Pega account manager to understand your options and ensure uninterrupted support during the transition.
