Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) Issue

Hello,

I need to update the Primary Admin for our instance of the PDC as the person who it is currently assigned to is no longer with our organization. Here are the details you’ll need to know:

Organization Name: Great West Casualty Company (GWCC)

PDC Version: PDCv1

Old Primary Admin: Loye Pack

New Primary Admin: Marjo Stevens

Did you check in the msp portal - Account administrators page, anyone else is listed there? Then you have a secondary admin option where you can manage the access control from their ID.

I don’t have any idea if Pega has control over assigning the admins on the account.

If no one else having admin credentials, then you could raise SR with pega for getting duplicate administrator operator credentials. By using duplicate admin credentials you could be able to update the operator info in PDC environment.

But for getting this duplicate I’d you need to get approval from your account security admin user and attach the screen shot in the same SR.
