You do not have a role for the account associated to this tenant to access PDC

Hi Team,

One of my team member not able to access PDC and getting Error message like “you do not have a role for the account associated to this tenant. Please contact your support account administrator”. As a support administrator, could you please let me know how to provide the access. Could you please share the step

Are you using SSO in login to PDC? It seems its not able to find the user in PDC, or there’s issue with the associated role. As a support admin open PDC, goto the gear icon on the top right corner>system administration>create operators/update operators and then create/update the operator associated with the user.

If your PDC is only configured for login via SSO, you cannot manually create operators. Then you have to provide access to the user in your MSP with anyone of the following roles:

  • Proactive Incident Contact
  • Cloud Operations Specialist
  • Cloud Deployment specialist
