Access to Pega Diagnostic Cenetr (PDC)

When trying to access Pega Diagnostic Center, I get an error Cannot Login to PDC (see attached screenshot for full error text). Please advise how I can get access. Thank you.

You need to connect with one of your support admins as listed in MSP. They need to assign your ID to atleast a cloud specific role. You can get more details on the roles here.

to access PDC you need:

  1. a valid community account ‘linked to your organization’.
