PDC access

Dear,

I am not able to access PDC (Pega Diagnostic Center) through my Pega Credentials ([email protected]). I’m always receiving the error attached

This while I’m configured correctly into the User Groups

Already tried to reset paswoord without any succes.

Can you please help me out on gaining PDC acces for TELNT?

You should have options when you go to this link https://pdceu-prod.pegacloud.com/prweb/PRAuth/app/PDC

Have you tried the “Login with Community” or “Login with communitysso” options?

I try to login with the ‘Community’, which are the same credentials as per the Support Portal. However I receive underneath error message when doing so: ‘You do not have access to the application with alias ‘PDC’’ which is conflicting with what I see in the User Mngmt.

Any thoughts?

@BramN17208913 This seems to be an issue for sure, if not the issue blocking you. I will try to start the process of getting this fixed. Once I have more info will update here.

To be clear, you can only access PDC through the Pega Support Center.

@PhilipShannon thanks, do not it is blocking for me as I cannot acces my PDC at this point in time.
