My pdc login is not working

Hi All,

My pdc portal credentials are not working. My admin tried to change the password, but still pega not recognizing my pdn account. Please help

In order to access PDC users need to be affiliated with both accounts in MSP and listed as a support contact.

If you encounter issues could you please follow the instructions listed on the PSC PDC Home page

Make sure that your Account Administrator has affiliated you to use the My Support Portal (MSP) first.
