Pega Call configuration with Amazon Connect as CTI doesn't login

I was configuring Pega call with Amazon Connect as CTI. I added a CTI link (an instance of ChannelServices-Admin-CTILink-OpenCTIDesktop-AWSConnect).

After which I started the Pega call wizard. In the telephony controls screen, after login into the amazon connect in the pop up window, nothing happens. I was expecting the Phone login screen to turn into ready with green back ground, how ever nothing happens.

Application security is set as pxDefautlAllowAll

the amazon connect pop up should get embedded into the interaction portal.

Can you check by whitelisting this domain at AWS end and verify the scenario.

Can you please work with you Amazon Connect CTI admin who maintains this instance, Pega instance URL needs to be whitelisted on AWS for Amazon Connect instance. Please follow these steps

  1. login to AWS 2. Search for Amazon Connect 3. Click on the Amazon Connect instance you wanted to whitelist 4. Click on Approve origins 5. Click on Add domain > provide Pega instance URL > click on Add domain
