How to start using Pega Diagnostic Center

Manage Users Overview

Note: To access PDC, you need a Pega Community account affiliated with your tenant. If you have the account, but cannot access PDC, contact your system administrator (see more info here). For more information, see Logging in to PDC.

  • A designated administrator who is managing your Pega Community account in your organization. The administrator must make sure that you are assigned the appropriate role to submit support tickets and access PDC.

If you are not assigned the appropriate role, ask your company’s Pega support administrator to add you as a contact.

Please use the MSP to log a ticket with our support team if despite all the above you still cannot access PDC via the support center links.
