@thijh You do not get PDC access to that enablement system automatically, so you need to ask your Pega account / enablement contact or Partner Success Manager to provision it for you. Raise a request through the Pega My Support Portal (or your internal help process) asking for PDC access for the specific enablement environment, and share the environment URL and your operator ID/email. They will confirm that the environment is registered with PDC, create or map your SSO/PDN account to that PDC instance, and assign the right PDC role (for example, read-only vs full access). After they update your permissions, log out from all Pega tabs, clear cache if needed, and log back in using the same credentials that are mapped in PDC. If you still cannot see the PDC data after that, provide a screenshot and the exact URL to support so they can check your operator and access group configuration.
@Sairohith Thanks for your reply! As the CDH Enablement team, our aim is to showcase PDC on Pega Academy, but I’m still confused as to who I should contact to achieve this: we manage these Pega Academy environments internally and have no ‘enablement contact’ I know of or a Partner Success Manager to provide us access. Any suggestions?
@thijh Since you own the Academy/CDH enablement envs, just raise a My Support Portal ticket (component: Pega Diagnostic Center) and ask Pega Support to enable PDC for that environment. Include the env URL, case I-205585, and the Pega IDs that need access; they’ll register it in PDC, map your SSO, and then you can log back in and see the data.
